Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at University Hospital Bonn is concerned with providing medical care to patients with conditions that caused deformities or aesthetically unpleasant body surfaces. This department recognizes the effect that appearance has on the psychological and mental state of patients and offers the most advanced procedures for reconstruction.
Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Med. Klaus-Jürgen Walgenbach, the department is supplied with the needed state-of-the-art equipment as well as the experienced and qualified medical staff members to execute such procedures to perfection. The department is a member of the Breast Cancer and the Obesity Center. It is also established as one of the top institutions of its kind in Germany.
