The University Hospital of Giessen and Marburg consists of comfortable single, and double patient rooms. The room consists of a bed, a bedside cabinet, and a wardrobe, as well as a telephone, television. In addition, each patient room is equipped with its own shower and toilet. The pediatric departments provide patient rooms for the joint accommodation of mother and child.

The catering team in the University Hospital of Giessen and Marburg prepares balanced, healthy three meals a day: buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The private kitchen certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000, is responsible for providing patients with food and drinks.
The hospital also has a cafeteria with a large menu of hot and cold drinks, snacks and desserts.
