The suites are 55 square meters (590 square feet) in size and have living rooms and bedrooms that the patient can use either alone or with relatives. The Paulinen Hospital has worked in cooperation with the DHZB for many years and is an experienced partner. The private ward is situated here because the number of beds in the DHZB itself is limited and they have to be reserved for acutely ill patients. The private ward is headed by doctors from the DHZB and run by medical and nursing personnel.

In the course of nutritional advice, the center offers you partnership-based discussions, general information and individual decision-making aids on questions relating to food, eating behavior, consumer health protection and reduction of risk factors. Furthermore, the nutritional advice includes help for personal nutritional changes in individual everyday situations, supported by current, scientifically proven knowledge. Guest meals are also available to friends and family members of the patient.
