University Hospital Muenster was established in 1994 and it’s now one of the top medical facilities in Germany, according to FOCUS Magazine. The hospital has over 30 departments as well as many specialized centers. The hospital has a total bed count of 1,457 where more than 82,000 inpatients and 405,000 outpatients are treated every year. The hospital is in possession of state-of-the-art equipment for diagnosis and treatment of the full spectrum of diseases. More than 7,700 outpatient operations are performed annually at the hospital. The hospital medical staff consists of more than 10,000 members who are all qualified and experienced in their fields.
