Neurological Rehabilitation Center RehaNova Cologne is a large center of maximum care that provides the full spectrum of rehabilitation for patients with present and past neurological diseases. The main focus of the center is the proper management of patients after stroke, brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, brain and spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, and dystonia. The center offers medical services of high quality and has gained the recognition of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. The clinic has 132 beds where patients in need of rehabilitation are cared for. It also has an intensive care unit which consists of 19 beds, 9 ventilation stations, a hygiene ward for isolated patients and a station for home ventilation patients. The center has a great research unit where basic research papers are published and clinical studies are performed as the center put great efforts in the continuous improvement of therapeutic measures and rehabilitation methods.
