Helios Klinikum Berlin-Zehlendorf (Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring) is one of the most modern medical centers in southwest Berlin. The hospital was created from the merger of three major hospitals in Berlin: Oskar-Helene-Heim, lung Heckeshorn and Behring Hospital. The hospital consists of over 17 specialized, recognized departments and centers which all work in close cooperation. The hospital has 16 different stations for patients with diseases of many different organs. The hospital has 507 beds and treats over 23,000 inpatients and 58,000 outpatients every year. The hospital is fully-equipped with cutting-edge diagnostics and therapeutics, both conservative and surgical, to ensure patients getting the optimal care. The hospital has a great satisfactory rate.
