Department of Gynecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine at University Hospital RWTH Aachen provides care for women with diseases concerning their reproductive organs and hormones. Joseph Neulen, the department treats nearly 100 inpatients every year. The research unit of this department has an impressive record in the publication about smoking and its anti-fertility effect, tumors induced by hormonal contraception and the hormonal changes through and after menopause.
