Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Med. Leena Bruckner-Tuderman, the department of dermatology and venereology treats more than 2,300 inpatients every year. The department is an important member of the Competence Center of Fragile Skin as well as the Skin Cancer Center and it is certified by the German Cancer Society for its experience and efforts in the field of benign and malignant skin tumors.
