Department of Pneumology at University Hospital Würzburg provides care for patients with congenital, acquired, acute and chronic diseases of the lungs. As a significant unit for pulmonary medicine, the facility has achieved excellent results in the areas of bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, as well as lung cancer. The medical team works closely with the Departments of Thoracic Surgery and Radiation Therapy to ensure patients get specialists' care for every step of the management plan.
