The department of dermatology at the Frankfurt University Hospital consists of modern high-performance equipment in order to treat all types of dermatological diseases comprehensively. The department specializes in the latest methods of treatment of skin cancer, venous diseases, as well as all diagnostic and therapeutic methods of modern dermatology, including laser dermatological therapy, phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, etc. In particular, it offers the latest techniques of modern operative dermatology as well as state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Roland Kaufmann, the department treats over 2,000 inpatients yearly.
The Dermatology, Venereology, and Allergology at Frankfurt University Hospital is specialized in diagnosis and treatment of:
