Modern equipment such as SPECT-CT and PET-CT helps in the early detection and treatment of thyroid hormonal disorders and neoplastic diseases.
Under the leadership of Dr. Med. Andreas Odparlik, the department treats more than 350 inpatients every year. The department has a radiochemistry unit where all radiopharmaceuticals for the diagnosis and treatment are developed.
