In addition to conventional x-ray examinations of body parts, modern tomography techniques such as computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are available. Radiological and neuroradiological imaging for diagnostic purposes has a high priority. Increasingly, however, the so-called interventional procedures in the hospital also treat diseases with minimally invasive treatments.
