Department of Neurosurgery at Helios Hospital Berlin-Buch provides surgical care for patients with diseases of both the central and peripheral nervous systems. As an advanced medical facility with cutting-edge diagnostics and therapeutics, the department performs transcranial magnetic stimulation which significantly helps in the treatment of stroke, paraplegia, and depression. The facility is known for its great efforts and success in the field of neuro-oncology as it follows the latest guidelines for neurological surgical interventions. The most common clinical focus of the experienced medical team is the treatment of glioma. The surgeons tend to use minimally invasive techniques as they’re sparing, reduce the risk of complications, and have better results than invasive procedures. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Med.
