The specialized units achieved impressive results in the treatment of herniated discs, spinal canal stenosis, tumors of the spine, inflammation of the spine, spinal injury, spinal deformities, chronic pain, and peripheral nerve compression. The medical staff treats over 500 inpatients every year, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Med. Ralf Hemplemann, one of the few doctors to be awarded the Leading Medicine Guide Certificate for his efforts in the field of Spinal Surgery and Scoliosis.
