Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology offers advice and treatment for the entire spectrum of gynecology and obstetrics. Whether it is about having children, births, breast disease, subsidence, fibroids, bleeding disorders, fetal malformations, breast cancer, gynecological cancers, precancerous lesions, hormonal disorders, preterm birth, genetic counseling, urogynaecological problem, vaccinations, pediatric gynecology, gynecological malformations or any other gynecological disease, the department have specialists for all of them. Under the guidance of Univ. Prof. Dr. med. Sven Becker 1,517 inpatients are treated at the department annually.
