Department of Pediatric Cardiology

The Department of Pediatric Cardiology at Charite university hospital Berlin headed by Univ. Dr. med. Felix Berger is a specialized center in Germany for the treatment of heart diseases in children.

An experienced and highly qualified team treats the wide spectrum of congenital and acquired diseases of the cardiovascular system. The clinic provides prenatal diagnosis and ongoing support for parents. Once the child is born, the clinic provides full postnatal check-ups and treatment. The clinic offers treatment for children and young people up to adults with congenital heart disease (GUCH).

Depending on the child's needs, the team of the clinic can accompany young patients right through until they reach adulthood.
